I have made it through week 2 of the 30 day yoga challenge. This week I took less Yoga Sculpt classes and took more Yoga Power Flow classes. I have to say I really looked forward to the Yin and Restore class that happened on Friday night. That class offers a different challenge it is all about letting go completely and stretching . My upper back muscle still hurt this week, but I worked through it by adjusting my poses and taking as many breaks as needed during the classes. I am really excited to jump into week three this afternoon with a Yin and Yang class. The perfect Sunday evening class. I am still very much determined to fulfill the 30 day challenge. Let’s do it.
